    What client version though, from the rest of the discussion it's a problem with the newer UO clients, I haven't had a chance to checkout using ClassicUO yet, but I'll update and let you know if it fixes it

    @Falkor @PyrO Thanks you two!! I managed to tweak the file and then enable the Uber settings, everything with the material bonuses and runic is working much closer to the way we'd hoped!

    Sorry didn't understand what you were looking for, I tested this one on my server, pub54 and it works OK. make sure to change the coords cause right now it points at "green acres" so it rubberbands them back
