    You should be using the configuration files in the config folder. There is a setting in them for client file locations.

    If that is the commit you are at then you are way behind the edge. Unfortunately, if you do not keep up to date with commits then you are susceptible to bugs happening that have already been fixed.

    You need to use another image hosting site such as imgur. Photobucket converts the link to a html page when you visit it which causes the checks to decide it's not a valid image.

    This happens because of windows permissions. You either need to turn of UAC or run ServUO in administrator mode.
