[Add gump house deeds showing "bad type"

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere. I did try to search the forums first. I'm not new to uo.... I tried messing around with runuo back in the day but never got very far due to "unforseen consequences". I have no coding background but im still slowly getting the hang of using servuo. After I setup>config>compile>execute>createowner>log in>[createworld>[save>[add when I navigate to the house deeds in the gump all of the descriptions say bad type except for the house placement tool. Is there a reason for this? Can someone point me in a direction to fixing it?

House deeds were abandoned after the house placement tool came to be.

You could use either of them with older versions of ServUO but legacy code like that is being removed from subsequent versions.

Thank you. Sorry for such a newbie question. I literally started trying to learn c# just so I could understand things better. As an owner, gm, etc is there a way that I can gift a player a house without just giving them a placement tool and enough cash to buy it? I guess what I was after was to offer new accounts with a free house out of a select group of my choosing. I'll try searching for that now if you or anyone else can point me in the direction to accomplish this would be awesome

Only way I know of to do this, would be to transfer ownership of the house from the admin to the player after it has been placed. To my knowledge theres nothing functioning like what you want in UO by default.
