Crash after creating the owner account

Hello everyone, hope you can help me out with this one. After I start servuo.exe everything looks great it generates the server then it asks me if it should create account. I say yes and write my username and password then it gives this error.

Is your game client patched up? Have you added or adjusted any scripts?

Yeah I just tried using a fresh install, on the newest client, and could not replicate the issue.

Hey by client you mean what exactly? I have Ultima online Mondains Legacy installed. Is that what you are talking about? if so:
