Locking down items

Hi,

I want to make a moongate library. So I need to make three runebooks filled with locations. I want it to be static and available to the public. So, I have a building I want to put the runebooks in. Problem is, I can't lock or secure the books because its not a house. So, second idea, xmlspawner. But can you just add something like that to an xml spawner? Doesn't it have to already be an addon or don't you have to write a script for it to be an addon to add to an xmlspawner? Is there another way?

[set movable false
its like locking them down in public, it will still use charges, but it will allow players to cast recall from the book or add charges, they just cant take the book.
