Achievement System 2016-09-23

These is not mine. I found it on a GitHub and downloaded it and used it seems to work but not all complete. I'm sure it can be expanded and added onto. I just hope other people will enjoy a achievement system that is kinda working and some what there. I have some things commented out because we either didn't have the eventsink or it crashed the server.

if you update these in any way please post back here for others to use I think we need to come a sharing community again.
