This is the now removed admin runebook, should be drag and drop. The runebook can be accessed directly with the [StaffRunebook command, on any admin flagged character, after restart and installation.
The runebook is highly customizable and offers instant access to any world location for admins. It comes stock with most locations marked.
This is not my creation and I take no credit for it. This tool was removed from the main repo with commit: 64d2e7d8555ec51e2bf3db5bcc9cba5360e204ac. This download should be the last stable and drag/drop version available. This is no longer maintained.
