This would be an easy in game location to add for a custom location moongate.
Set the gate to no decay in the script
// DecayTimer Stuff
private bool m_Decays = true;<<<<change to false
private DateTime m_DecayEnd;
Keep the runebooks in a safe place-your bank or container locked down
[props the gate
This will show the gate is set not to decay
Also set the gate to Active
Once you have your rune location marked and in the runebook
****Name The Runebook
Double Click the gate-
Click Add then target the Runebook
Last step at the very top of this gump
Click on the small round red circle
This makes the gate active once the runebook has been added

***Second shows the gate with props
