Hello everyone,
to modify the font.mul like for example the fonts to connect to the server you use UOfiddler.
You go to the Fonts tab.
ASCII:
For me, the font for my Name is ASCII 5 and I replaced the P.
To achieve this you need a .tiff with a transparent background. You right click in Uofiddler on the letter => import character => save. This will save you a font.mul that you will overwrite the original to see it ingame.
UNICODE:
download the fallout scripter link programs and use uniedit.
You must put your .BMPs at the root of the program and put the directory that contains the unifont.mul OR the unifontX.mul that you want to replace.
The location (char code) is given thanks to Uofiddler:
the .bmp must be in two colors black and white (binary) or if you use photoshop in grayscale and in bitmap mode for it to work!
With Xnconvert :
With photoshop:
Result:
Instead of the P with the unicodes used for gumps etc... ingame
Voilà,
good day all.
