This Dye Tubs Rack addon store dyes from charged dye tubs based on old RunUO stuff from X-SirSly-X http://www.runuo.com/community/threads/runuo-2-0-all-dye-tubs.80132/.
You can click Dye tub and target rack to put Hue inside (or increase charges if hue is already inside rack).
Once hue number is in rack it stays here forever. Only if you run out of charges on specific hue, you need Dye tub with same hue or Dye thinner (included) to thin it and ad more charges.
There is also Dye testing mirror, for test dye on yourself for 10 seconds (with SolidHueOverride Mobile property).
