Player Transfer Package
This is the first package that will be apart of a larger player management system
to be developed over time based on feedback!
This package includes both a Player Deed and Staff Command!
The Player Transfer Deed can be used by players to trade characters
by first loading it with the character they want to trade by double clicking it,
then giving/selling to another player which double clicks deed to complete transfer!
The staff command will allow staff to transfer a character between accounts
via [TransferChar <Name> <SourceAccountName> <TargetAccountName>
