Update AlterItem 2014-02-23

Replace BaseQuiver in \Scripts\Items\- BaseClasses
Replace AlterItem and CraftGump \Scripts\Services\Craft\Core

This will allow players to alter all compatible items from human/elf to Gargoyle.
