Thanks to HH and Joshuas help I put up a clean pub 54 with OWL and imbuing already in in this thread as well as made a stand alone resource. It's designed for the latest client and there were a ton of distro edits (esp to take into account humility virtue). -Alch -

Freeze Decoration Question
Invisible wall, crash, or some other weirdness. Also just a heads up do not make anything that has text be static. For example i made a ton of signs and named them with text to describe various things in game, when I froze them they simply came up as "sign" and couldn't be read. DOH! -

i've got ServUO at the base of C:\ and within the ServUO folder I've got a folder named Client where I put the latest client (now 7.0.50.0) and works just fine, no need for me to run as admin, but glad you got it going, :) -

I took a look at baseinstrument.cs and aside from what appears to be a missing { between Case 3 and 4 in deserialization, everything appears fine. Even compared it to other serializations and can't see where it's broken. -

Ah coolness Joshua, that does narrow it down. :) Finding it works with normal instruments but if I get a bod for exceptional it says "that item is not exceptional" even though it clearly is. I'm guessing this and the custom wood is just a simple string somewhere. -Alch -

HH I figured it out!! The section about boards in CraftItem.cs was missing the entries for the custom woods. Now I can craft using logs and boards of any type and they're hued and named correctly. The code in CraftItem.cs should look like this around line 1500ish: #region Mondain's Legacy... -

Ahhhh interesting! I didn't even know you could make boards with an axe...so this narrows things down. If I use an axe to make the boards they have the correct hue and name and i'm able to use them in crafting. If i use the carpentry craft board function the boards have the correct hue but...
