The error from the screenshot means you have a skilltrainer script somewhere else in your scripts. Did you remove the old one first before trying the new one? Also are you testing this using an admin account or a player account? I tested this with a fresh install of servuo and it seemed to work... -

Invasion System
You should only need to drop in the runuo.exe to your shard. No other files. Make sure to back up your files first. The batch file is a standard compiler batch for runuo. If you have the core files in "server" folder on your system then yes the batch file should work for your files. -

I have tried this on as early as expansion.none and I was still getting the same thing. :/ This happens if I am using my server which is a heavily modified RunUO 2.2 or stock RunUO up to 2.7.- ImaNewb

I would assume that you need to find the spawner for the seaserpent and change the spawn times or add additional spawners for sea serpents. How did you spawn the monsters in your world? With XMLspawner or neruns or something else? -

If the item decays the spawner should spawn another one, you can set the min/max spawn time to adjust how quickly you want a new one to spawn. No problem. Just keep in mind that in Britain there are many unreachable areas that monsters may spawn in like passageways. This may cause a problem during an invasion that a GM would have to address. @Ravenwolfe does your updated system have any kind of progress notification during an invasion?
