Coming back, having issues with custom scripts

Hello All, been a long time since i have attempted to run ServUO, I am having some issues and hope you can help me find some simple info.

I have added a few custom scripts: The old admin toolbar and Ice's GM tools into the Scripts Folder/Custom

When launching the server there are no script errors, but neither the commands [toolbar nor [gmtools is recognized in game.

What am I doing wrong or what simple thing am I missing?

Looks like they are not compiling at run time? What Am I missing? Is there a new way to compile the custom scripts?
I know it's not doing anything because I edited one to have a broken line of code and the server still started fine....
I would definitley like a pointer on where / how to make this work

I got some help from the discord server, the answer for anyone who finds this is that the server must be re-compiled with custom scripts before you can use them, they do not compile at run time like in the distant past.

Put your scripts into the Customs folder, and then run

Compile.WIN - Release.bat

in the servuo folder, that will compile Your customa scripts
