Disconnect after choosing shard

Im new to ServUO and really just getting back into UO all together. When someone outside of my network tries to connect they can put in creds and then choose which shard but then it disconnects. Ports open and ive messed with the firewall. Not sure where to go from here

I have been getting the same issue since updating.
Figured it out.
In the server.cfg.
For external, put in your external IP in the address spot and delete the @.
If your only LAN you may to put in the IP of the computer the server is hosted on.
