got pub57 to work lets me gmbody but when i createworld it restarts

Hard to say what is going on, could be a multitude of things, need a error message or something, this is so vague to go off of! I want to say your UO files are corrupted/misaligned or something as create world will be placing art, so a call to art that is not there could cause a error! With the recent client update causing issues, this could be the case here if your fully patched up!

In the Config Folder, did you setup your Datapath to UO client?

The error is related to the datapath not pointing to a version of UO to target its art files! Also noticed the error above is for a missing dll, which should have been in the main ServUO folder, make sure it is there!

There should be a zlibwapi64.dll file in your servuo folder.
If you can't find it, you can get it from the servuo github repo.

OK, I for one will not waste time helping those not helping themselves, this is obviously not the entire story to this problem! Without you being forth coming, the help is useless and a waste of our time!

OK, now we are getting somewhere, first and foremost, this problem should have been brought to the post where you retained the system from, this way HellRazor could have helped as this is His post! How he packaged it up and how you are unpacking it could be an issue, but no one will know better than Him!

ok pub 57.4 when win.release opens i hit any key twice and it just closes. no crash report either... when i [createworld using pub57.3 i get crash report both of these from Voxpire i get.......
Also says restricting client 7.0.102.3 n thats the client i have. is there another i should use or a way to unrestrict it?

When you first start you need to enter admin name and password, not clear if your doing that, as for the client, you should use Classic UO with a official UO Client <= 102.

ok i tried Voxpires pubs 57.4-57.1... 57.4 doent compile as soon as it tells me to push any key i do and it closes. pubs 57.3-57.1 akll crash with report already posted when i [createworld. i can [gmbody thou and i am now using classic client from uo

Delete everything, clone ServUO 57.4 and use the Win Compile included, once compiled, fire the server up and make admin account! For the client, make sure you have the official client patch prior to 103, and use classic UO to log into game, the official client is only used for the art and such, both the server and classic uo use these files!
