Since I modify playermobile.cs, mobile.cs, and other files I am having a serialization issue with the old content, apparently generated from quests.

Since I don't need those items and mobiles. Is there a way to disable the placement in the world or just a way to disable the quests?
Yes, but you will have to reverse-engineer it... that means you will need to delete all the quest scripts and quest mobiles... then run your server in debug mode. Once you do that, turn your attention to your servers console window... it will display a list of errors that will need to be fixed. These errors are because the mobiles and quests are missing... so from there it will be a line-by-line/ script-by-script fix to get rid of the quests.
Once done though - your server should run like normal, but without the useless quests that you got rid of. I plan on doing this with my own servers when I get around to building them. I have plans to make new quests.

so I was able to delete all the quests off RunUO_CE... but there still may be issues with how the code will run in places. The whole process took an hour and the server is running great thus far.
