Object cannot be removed

Hello everyone, I am having an issue and I hope someone can help me. Long story short I spawned in a static object that I seem to have no way of removing. I've tried remove, delete, and wipe, but I keep getting a message stating that the command cannot be used on it. I've tried unfreezing, and though the object properties show it is a static frozen object, only one tile in the bottom portion of the item seems to have been deleted and the rest remains. I don't want to have to work around this object. Is there anything else I can try besides making a new server?

if you have xmlspawner installed you can use [Xmlfind and limit the range to a few tiles, and find the object and delete it that way. It sounds like maybe it's a house multi that can't be deleted?

Oh thank you so much, I was able to find the object that way; it's this commodityStyle1, which is not a commodity deed box. You have saved my server twice this day. Thank you!
