I have this problem using a RunUO 2.2 server and client 7.0.49 and look like in the photo is an example

Spanish: Cual es el problema? el objeto navideño se ve bien.

I'm not sure which client patch number Runuo 2.2 will work -Also if you use razor to login be sure its the most recent one
(you have my Santa ship :)
 
sometimes it happened with client-server versions.
why don't you downgrade your client files or change your RunUO2.2 to ServUO?

2. Tienes el razornegotiator.cs en tu carpeta de scripts?

3. Parece ser un problema de version de client, prueba a conectar con otro distinto
