Tardis from Dr. Who Series [Moongate] - Alt. public moongate

Tardis from the Tv Series Dr. Who. Made to work as a public moongate. When Dbl-clicked makes a sound and opens a public moongate gump.
Can be used to replace Public Moongates or to add them in townes etc.
It is an Addon so it can be given to players to place in their homes.
