XML Spawner Reset to default

Recently I imported .map files from another spawner into xmlspawner. Now I can't seem to get back to the default spawner config. When I use the [createworld command it uses the imported spawn maps and errors out generating the primeval champion lich spawn . How do I just go back to the distro xmlspawner settings and spawns?

"Errors out"? What kind of errors?
Is that listed in the spawn map?

It just displays in red letters and says: error primeval champion lich puzzle could not be generated. I did however find that if I delete the saves files and start fresh it will sometimes generate the lich puzzle and sometimes I will get the error . It is weird.
