Mermaid Statues 1.2

I did some editing to the mermaid statues:
1. The statues were a little low, and did not appear fully when added to the world. I raised them so that they are positioned correctly.
2. I fixed one of the arms on the statue with arms facing down as I was not satisfied with the way it looked.
3. Added a couple of additional statues, including a partial hue.
