Did some refactoring!

Reviewed code to see if anything could delete a player, there was a clean up that is performed after players are moved from island, if a player or staff is still in zone, there was a off chance they get caught into the cleanup. I added code to protect against this edge case!
Added new settings!

Staff Only Start - default Off (false) - when on, players will not be able to start match, only a staff member can!
Event Delay between matches if IsAutoOff = false;
Can Join Late - Allow player to join match in progress!

New Staff command [StaffStartSurvival - Used for the staff only start!
Simplified the Start of Event, Now has Gump for players to get current info and ability to Start or Leave Match!

Added new SurvivalSetting.cs - You can set gold/item prizes & core game settings!

Fixed - Boats and Keys not bein removed after match ended!

Added new command [ReadyUpSurvival
- Used to ready up players and force start event!

Added message that is sent to all players when Survival Event activated!

Changed message for when activating event system!

AutoOff is true by default!
Added new command [ToggleSurvival
-This command will turn the system on and off!
Added new command [ToggleSurvival <bool>
-This command will set the auto off after event, so if you only want one event ran, make sure this is set to true!
Added - Fire Island
Fixed some bugs
