None of the above. I intentionally left those areas a lighter color for addition of snow. I've fixed these and updated for less of a lighter color around the edges.
Yes, I can fix it. I'm currently working on the walls, 1/2 walls, 3/4 walls, and fences. I did this mainly for a balcony, so the white would be covered up with upcoming walls.
This resource includes:
40 art bmps
text version of tiledata to insert via UO Fiddler
.uoa file for UO Architect
Graphs for those that want to manually add the tiles in.
(thanks to otimprye for the graph resource, photoshop grid doesn't save in images)

Thanks y'all!
I'm working on a "Rivendell" map/addon..here is the pergola that I'm working on. :) (still not completely sure I'm satisfied with the roof)
Open UO Fiddler
Go to the Animdata Tab
Step 1:
Scroll to the bottom hex number
Single click that last number (or you can find the number just above what you are putting in animdata)
Right click and a box will come up to add the new number to begin the item's animation.
type in the box the hex...
I also had this issue with the uop plug in, this is why I use the Legacy Converter. I did get the UO Fiddler uop plug in to work, but converting mul(s) back to uop(s) was too wiggy.
If you have the space:
I always keep a extra UO install for checking for any updates. You can convert the uop to muls in this folder for UO Fiddler to compare. ;)
cd C:\LegacyConverter
to convert to muls
LegacyMULCL.exe -x "C:\folder where uop(s) are"
to convert back to uop
LegacyMULCL.exe "C:\folder where mul(s) are"
Edit- all via cmd
