    They are normal horses, I have a different horse animation on my own client, I was referring to the hue colors of them. They use the original body ids of the horses in game if you don't have this animation.

    We technically have right because it was already in the game, now if you were to say take all the art from uo to implement it into a new game now that would be a problem. Broadsword gives us right to use their resources as it's part of the game we are playing on.

    I remember there use to be an custom ice steed script back in Runuo era. There was also a poison steed,energetic steed, and inferno steed which was basically a stronger varient of a fire steed.

    When I am referring to the paperdoll skin I am mostly referring the human gump itself, also you should have no layers what so ever they should be completely merged if you plan on importing to UO , also was this a client that you downloaded? Because this looks like you tried messing with the skin.

    He most likely didn't know where to edit it in as he downloaded preinstalled. not knowing about the simple script changes he needed to do. This is the exact reason why I won't use prebuilt custom servers as most people don't indicate where they edited in the script. You are kinda just winging it.
