Downloaded a clean servuo zip from github, tried to run the batch file and this is what it displayed... Help?
The information of https://www.servuo.com/wiki/startup/ doesn't give the prerequisites needed.
Windows 10 fully updated.

The Error tells you that you do not have Net Framework 4.8 installed.

Grab that and it should run

you need the frame work and something else... its like visual studio run time or something...
