I am currently half way through fermenting a batch of Hard Apple cider. Looking forward to cracking a cold one open after it is ready. After this I am going to brew some blonde ale. I have some nice hops here ready for it.
I took a stab at making cider but the batch did not turn out very good. Did not have a dedicated location for my fermentation and had poor temperature control in my home. I would like to brew stuff but I'll probably wait until I move somewhere where I have the space to setup a proper environment.
