Asking about modern status of Ultima Online caps/items.

Hi, I’ve been playing Ultima Online and noticed some items with very high properties and multiple attributes. I’m not sure if it’s possible for a player to reach the caps for certain stats or resistances with just 3-4 items. Could someone clarify this?
For example, here is an item I’ve seen.
I think with 3- 4 good items,i can max my character,or maybe not?Can a maxed player with these items solo-kill all existing bosses?Thank you.

If I make an exaggerated sever where I give people exaggerated values not only for weapons but also for armor. So yes, you can kill a Boss NPC with one weapon. UO and emulators allow a lot of settings. It's about what people do, that is, what GMs do. Ultima Online is a very editable game. A really extremely editable game.

Yeah you can solo all content in the standard game. Most of the bosses in UO are not a challenge they just have a lot of HP. So solo means it just takes longer
