Automatic backups running every 5 minutes

I just found out that 6 days ago, apparently for no reason, my server started making backups every 5 minutes. Oddly, this is around the same time some changes were made to staff. I'm sure their accounts are locked out now but where can I check the frequency of Automatic backups?

To clarify - this is the 'third backup' file that is created. I have one each of the "Most Recent" and "Second backup" but then 1,500 "Third Backup" with 5 minute ascending time stamps. I never noticed that many backups before?

I am pretty sure it is in AutoSave.cfg and that the default is 5 minutes.

Look in your server location for" serveuo\Config\AutoSave.cfg" "C:\Program Files (x86)\ " At lest thats` where mine is its easy to edit most things in the config folder using Notepad++ .
