is there still a program that works well with the newer servuo and 7.0.+ clients?
i can't seem to get fiddler or inside uo to work

There are many programs for creating Ultima Online files. But I guess you want to edit the art and gump. Use the UO Fiddler for this purpose. For the latest client, I recommend version 4.9.8.

id be happy with any thing that will atleast let me view the art files to do deco in game for now, i can't seem to get fiddler to function i have the latest version but keep getting "the type initalizer for "ultima.art" threw and exception.
and there does not seem to be any thing on the pol forms that will explain how to fix it.

What operating system and what version of ultima online do you use? And take a picture and add it here so we can see a specific mistake.

just figured out my issue, it does not like me bouncing the game or the server off the same files while trying to load fiddler.
