Yeah to make these work you'll have to extraxt them out of the Verdata.Mul and Use Uo Fiddler to Insert them...I believe they are just Gumps and wearable Wings...
If it is the same old file I think it is, they are likely missing some animations, especially sitting. As far as I know, a fully functional version never did surface.
