CentrED+ and Newest UO Patch changes

Hey guys, was reading the install notes for CentrED+ setup and was a little confused as to how they read the newest patch files because UO uses UOP files now. How exactly do i use UOFiddler to merge these files so i can use CentrED+? or should i get ahold of some old .mul files to get it going?

I believe there is a Fiddler version posted somewhere here that has a built in Plugin for extracting the uop stuff into muls.
