CentrEd on Windows 7

So I've been using CentrEd on Windows Vista for the longest time (yeah, yeah, I know) - I recently upgraded to Windows 7 due to compatability issues with VS2012. Now, every time I use CentrEd, it's so slow I can't really use it effectively.. I've tried running it in XP compatability mode.. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and/or had a solution?

Never mind. My display chip set needed updated drivers that I guess didn't come with win7

Just for clarification, CED or CED+?

I've used both on a Win 7 machine and never really noticed anything out of the ordinary, especially lag or slow response time. Usually what affects that for me is network lag.

If in fact it isn't CED+ though, I definitely recommend making the switch - mannnnnnny more features conducive to efficient world building (from one rp'er to another).

I may make the switch eventually - right now I've got a team that's just learning the basics of CentrEd and I don't want to switch it up on them. Especially since some of our build team doesn't speak the same language as me! But I will definitely look into. Thanks, Sir.
