Currently looking to enable the base context menus to all NPCs for (Buy, Sell, Train) while running UOR expansion.

Below is an image where it works in AOS expansion.

I've reviewed a few older post about this aka PacketHandlers.cs changes along with reviewing some of the Mobiles/NPC files but nothing that stands out with a OnClick action and etc.

Lastly, looking to keep the AOS housing menu, shown below, but in the UOR expansion mode.

I did change Core.AOS to Core.UOR for the House Placement Tool to show up on the Architech and removed the classic deeds but the classic homes still use that old house menu system + key.

Totally understand the changes I'm wanting, are not ERA accurate.
