Where does this show up? Error log?
 
This is what's responsible for updating other players when your HP changes, or you put on some clothes etc any change. Delta determines what's changed and what needs to be sent.
 
Delta recursion prevention is an anti-stack-overflow feature.

It occurs when an entity's Delta update causes it to update another property which also causes a Delta update.
Two queues are used to process as much recursion updates as possible, but if the second recursion also causes a recursion, the delta is simply ignored and not queued. Usually the first Delta is enough to fully update the item.
 
The recommended action to take would be to reduce the amount of delta updates the offending systems are requesting.

You could also comment out the logging and just let it do its thing, the entities will be updated regardless.
