wich tcp and udp ports servuo need to work In and out? I think it can be a good thing to us have on servuo folder

I asked, because the myuo system for example, so it's only 80/8080 and 2593?

well, if you can see the values, you can change them.
port 8080 is an alternative to 80, or if your isp blocks port 80 or if you are a bit paranoid that people might check your port 80.
port 80 is http.
port 2593 is the default port for the game, because it needed a port to be hosted on, probably EA have 2593(?).
You can put any port you want to host your server, mine's 2590 due to old reasons, you just have to verify if other applications are using this port.
