Wanted to get some feedback real quick before i get started, should i download this onto a server and develop from there or should i download this onto my computer and then upload it later?
Unsure on how large of a file database this would end up being and wanted to get started the right way to not have starting issues with memory capacity etc.
If so does anyone know some great host providers in the US to use or just randomly shopped around for a good price?
