Eater Caps?

I have heard that eater stats on UO cap out at 30%. Is this correct and does the same hold true for ServUO?

Does anyone know which script the eater caps are set in?
IS eater cumulative if one has multiple eater endowed items do they add together? Or does it take the highest eater stat off of one item?

SAAttributes? Or can goto scripts folder and search fire eater im sure it will direct you. And can confirm they are 30 percent.

I'm 100 percent sure it won't have anything to do with AOS SA in SAATTRIBUTES stands for stygian abyss which is where they started their role as an attribute.
