Error during compile with VDS

On my computer there is no problem while compiling , but when I tried it on my VDS it just said that:

Yes thanks it works but now I got crash while I connect to my server

Download https://github.com/ServUO/ServUO/blob/master/zlibwapi64.dll and put it with your servuo exe.

Then I'm lost as to what's happening, if the dll is there it shouldn't be saying it can't find it.
