How do I make a custom map?

I have one with nothing but dungeons on it from Carl's website and I added a bunch more. How do I get that to render correctly?

I followed all of the tutorials out there, but they don't seem to help.

Let us know exactly what you did and with what program. I assume you used UO Landscaper or DragonMod. But you have to specify. No one can advise you like this. Best, describe what you did and with what programs.
