I am currently looking for a more up to date copy of FS Taming system. Everything I have found is quite old and I am having problems implementing it into the latest build. I have for the most part got everything updates, but the problem is getting the Animal Trainer to give BODs.
Attached are my current versions of the animal trainer and basevendor.

You must be missing the edit for the animaltrainer.cs

Sorry I didn't notice you were using the fs Tamer not sure what's up with that other than updates to the bulk order system.

I can tell you I have used many different iterations of the animaltrainer.cs edits. At one point I was getting blacksmith BODs.
