Help!! Server crashed!!

Hi I just booted up my server and its giving me this message and wont load the server!

Error: System.IO.EndOfStreamException: Unable to read beyond the end of the stream.
at System.IO.__Error.EndOfFile()
at System.IO.BinaryReader.FillBuffer(Int 32 numBytes)
at System.IO.BinaryReader.ReadInt32()
at Server.World.ReadTypes(Binary Reader tbdReader)

I dunno what happened?! What does this mean?

Deleted my save files and it worked. Now its saying something else about System Argument is out of range. It must be non negative and less than size of collection?
