So I been trying for the last month or so to recreate UO House system that uo emus has never implanted.

On Uo Shards the more items or houses around a spawn will make it spawn less monsters or animals this has been since the start of uo it has been around I think that is something uo emus needs more then anything. would help a lot. on big shards even small shards.

This mechanic was needed on OSI servers back in the day to reduce server load. The hardware available 17 years ago wasn't what we have now. You couldn't handle millions of items and mobiles on one set of hardware. This was one way they handled this issue. Another way was by splitting the server into multiple smaller servers. - remember "server lines"? None of these systems were implemented in the RunUO codebase because they have never been needed
