how can i activate housing in Abyss? ( the 2 usual spots)

I´m getting the Message " ... not allowed in this area ... " ( Character >10k Queens Loyality )

I can´t find the corret Setting for this..

Any help will be appreciated

Are you a GM? just login on a staff character and place the house
