How do I spawn TerMur mobs?

Hello,
I spawned my world using [createworld and [xmlload spawns
But they didnt spawn all the mobs in TurMur, the Stygian Abyss is totally empty and I would like the mini champs and everything else to be there. Any suggestions?

[DecorateSA should spawn TerMur and Stygian Abyss

[GenMiniChamp should spawn mini champs
