You need to edit it in playermobile.
There is a hitsmax override in there that has a calculation to decide what the hitsmax for that player will be. The biggest modifier being str.
I am not going to give you the code this time because you need to learn. You have been fed a lot of code recently which will not help you in the long run if you just keep copy pasting it. This is an easy edit to make.

Usually simple edits like this can be found quite quickly with a google search. In fact, you can use google to specifically search servuo.com or runuo.com forums for whatever problem you might have -- it's usually more effective than a general google search. You could google search something like: hitsmax site:servuo.com or how to edit hitsmax site:runuo.com
