Humility Cloak Quest - Humility Cloak Quest

This is the Humility Cloak Quest which was never part of any SVN. Its pretty close to OSI. I left out the Q & A portion from beginning. The Plain Grey Cloak must be worn to get clues from mobiles to complete quests, the collection items are added to Community Collections [few edits necessary- all commented] You'll also need to add a region mark in region.xml in your data folder for Humility Shrine in both Trammel and Felucca facets(instruction included).

yes they are all custom quest aside from laifem the weaver which is an SA quester but not previously released

Scripts: One or more scripts failed to compile or no script files were found.

Don't see the Sphynx located in the scripts anywhere, and he's not in ServUO by default from what I can tell.

Sphynx is not included in the distro. There are 3 sphynx actually, Enigma the quester, sphynx from the moonglow zoo (and a fightable version in lost lands desert), plus the Sphynx in the lost pyramid in Malas that gives you your fortune. Only Enigma is part of the distro.
