Ignore Mobiles

hello
how can i enable all players to ignore mobiles
its enabled on admin account, i was checking playermobile but couldnt find much
or is there a command i can use at charactercreation.cs to make ignore mobiles on?
i tried to change maps.cs rules but it doesnt work, i set freemovement to felucca but it still get stuck on mobiles, it cant bypass like trammel

nvm i did it
added
newChar.IgnoreMobiles = true to charcreation
