Imbuing system

As far as I noticed in the current version of ServUO the imbuing system is not yet fully implemented. Yesterday I found a complete system that could be used for the purposes of servuo (published on runuo).

Yeah.. not meaning to come across rude, but the first subbmited Imbuing package was a little sloppy and had issues. It evolved over time to be fairly good though. Also, several others have reposted the imbuing system that was originally made for one reason or another. So Id be careful with just installing one. It could make problems later trying to remove it when ServUO has theirs fully implemented.

I have not gotten far enough into ServUO to notice where its at with Imbuing, yet.
